Amortization expense
for the year ended December 31, 2025 and 2024 was $5.8 million and $4.2 million, respectively. Other intangible assets represent patents,
licenses, software, backlog and other marketing-related assets. During the year ended December 31, 2025, the carrying value and accumulated
amortization of fully amortized intangibles were derecognized and totaled $1.2 million. Expected amortization expense for intangible assets
subject to amortization as of December 31, 2025 is as follows:
