Chairman and CEO
Eric is our Chairman and CEO and works closely with our management team and partners to drive our customer-focused MC-IoT solutions and ecosystem leveraging our core IEEE 802.16s and FullMAX solutions. He is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of global banking and investing experience. Previously, Eric served as a founding Partner and Portfolio Manager with Clough Capital Partners, a Boston-based investment firm from 2000 to 2017. Prior to Clough, Eric was an investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co. and an accountant at Ernst & Young, LLP. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from Boston College.
Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary
Mr. Curelaru has held CFO responsibilities at OAS since the acquisition of Airobotics, which closed in January 2023. He joined Airobotics in 2018 and has served as CFO since February 2021. At Airobotics, Mr. Curelaru led multiple financings which included an initial public offering in Tel Aviv in September 2021. He is a seasoned financial and operational executive and was previously CFO of Israeli-based On Track Innovations, a Nasdaq-listed company until it was acquired by Nayax Ltd. (Nasdaq: NYAX) in 2022. Mr. Curelaru, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), began his business career with global accounting firm PWC in 2011, and graduated from Ben-Gurion University with a B.A. in Economics, with a major in Accounting.
VP Strategy and Business Development
Susan Roberts, a captivating, inspirational, Fortune 500 aviation executive, specializes in disruption, change management and open innovation. She is currently the VP of Strategy and Business Development at Ondas Holdings. She was previously the Head of Commercial Innovation for Panasonic Avionics Corporation, leading the company's transformation efforts from a bespoke business model to a managed services business model. Prior to Panasonic, Susan launched an aviation start-up backed by General Electric. Susan and her co-founder established AiRXOS, Inc., a GE Venture, in 2016, pursuing opportunities in the unmanned aviation space after winning a General Electric innovation challenge.
Stewart brings 20 years of experience in the wireless industry to Ondas Networks. His experience includes senior level positions in marketing, finance, and product development at AT&T Wireless, BellSouth International, and Nokia Siemens Networks. Since 2004, Stewart has focused exclusively on the development of private wireless data network technologies for mission-critical industries including electric and water utility, oil & gas, transportation, municipality and defense. Stewart has a BA from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School.

Meir Kliner is the CEO and Founder of Airobotics, with over 20 years of managerial experience and expertise in the development of drones for various industries. Meir's background includes developing diverse aerial systems, ranging from recreational, commercial, to military-grade. He has founded several businesses, including Light and Strong, a leading manufacturer of composites for aerial platforms in the drone industry. Meir has been leading the development of the Optimus System™ since 2014.
