Eric Brock

Chairman and CEO

Eric Brock is the Founder of Ondas Holdings and our Chairman and CEO. Eric works closely with our management teams and partners to drive adoption of our private wireless connectivity and autonomous drone technology platforms and services in critical government and industrial markets across our Ondas Networks and Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS) business units. He is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of global banking and investing experience. Previously, Eric served as a founding Partner and Portfolio Manager with Clough Capital Partners, a Boston-based investment firm from 2000 to 2017. Prior to Clough, Eric was an investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co. and an accountant at Ernst & Young, LLP. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from Boston College.

Neil Laird

Interim Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of the Company

Neil Laird has been the CFO of Ondas Holdings since June 2024 and has provided accounting and financial services to the company since 2021. He is a seasoned executive leading the finance teams at both public and private companies. Neil’s expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, financing, international operations and SEC reporting. Since 2016, he has worked with startup high technology companies assisting them in setting up accounting systems and procedures and obtaining financing. From 1999 to 2016, Neil was CFO at several Silicon Valley based companies including ADAC Laboratories, SumTotal Systems, and Mobileum. Previously, he held senior financial positions at Coherent and Measurex. He qualified as a UK Chartered Accountant and has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.

Susan Roberts

VP Strategy and Business Development

Susan Roberts, a captivating, inspirational, Fortune 500 aviation executive, specializes in disruption, change management and open innovation.  is currently the VP of Strategy and Business Development at Ondas Holdings.  She was previously the Head of Commercial Innovation for Panasonic Avionics Corporation, leading the company's transformation efforts from a bespoke business model to a managed services business model. Prior to Panasonic, Susan launched an aviation start-up backed by General Electric. Susan and her co-founder established AiRXOS, Inc., a GE Venture, in 2016, pursuing opportunities in the unmanned aviation space after winning a General Electric innovation challenge.

Guy Simpson

President and COO

Guy brings a diverse set of managerial, operational, and engineering skills to the Ondas team. After graduating with honors in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire (UK), Guy joined AT&T Bell Laboratories as a software engineer and was rapidly promoted to technical manager. In 1989, Guy joined Catapult Communications, a leading developer of telecommunications test equipment for the world’s major wireless equipment manufacturers and operators including Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Motorola, NEC, NTT DoCoMo, and Nokia Siemens Networks. During his 19-year tenure with Catapult, Guy held a variety of senior positions including Vice President of Applications Engineering and Vice President of Product Development. Guy was part of the executive team that led Catapult to a successful IPO in 1999.

Meir Kliner

President of Ondas Autonomous Systems

Meir Kliner is the CEO and Founder of Airobotics, with over 20 years of managerial experience and expertise in the development of drones for various industries. Meir's background includes developing diverse aerial systems, ranging from recreational, commercial, to military-grade. He has founded several businesses, including Light and Strong, a leading manufacturer of composites for aerial platforms in the drone industry. He has been leading the development of the Optimus System™ since 2014.
