Restricted stock units description | On August 5, 2021, the Company entered into employment agreements and awarded 1,375,000 restricted stock units pursuant to the 2018 Plan to key members of American Robotics’ management. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of the Company. The restricted stock units vest in three successive equal annual installments with the first vesting date commencing on the first anniversary of the award date and are contingent on continuing employment.
